Good to know

The questions worth asking first.

Do I need a separate WhatsApp number?: Yes. A number used with the WhatsApp Business API cannot also be used in the normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. Most businesses take a fresh number for the bot and keep their existing one for personal handling.
Who pays Meta's conversation charges?: You do, directly to Meta, at their published rates. We do not mark them up. The rates change and vary by country and message type, so quoting a figure here would go stale.
Will it make things up?: Standard cannot: it follows flows you approved. Pro and Max answer from your documents rather than from general knowledge, and hand over to a person when they are not confident. That handoff matters more than the clever answers.
What happens if I want to leave?: The minimum term is 6 months, after which it is month to month. The setup fee is deliberately low, and the term is what makes that workable. You keep your number and your data.
How long until it is live?: Standard is live in under five working days once Meta approves the number, Pro in under ten, Max in about three weeks. Meta's verification queue is the part neither of us controls, and it runs in parallel with the build.
