Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what you send us in the project brief, plus which page you arrived on. We use it to reply to you and to do the work. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect

When you submit the project brief: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your company or website, and what you write about your project, budget, and timeline.

Alongside that, we record how you reached us — the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link. This tells us which of our own efforts actually work.

If you email or message us, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up where we left off.

We do not ask for and do not want card numbers, bank details, passwords, or identity documents. Payments are handled by a payment provider, and card details go to them, never to us.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a scope and a price, to deliver work you have engaged us for, to raise invoices, and to keep the records Indian law requires us to keep.

Cookies

We set one cookie of our own. It remembers that you have already been shown the short set of questions on the home page, so you are not asked twice. It contains no personal information.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, this page changes with it, before the cookies do.

Where it is stored, and who else sees it

Enquiries are stored in a hosted database with access limited to the two of us. The site is served by a hosting provider, and email is handled by an email provider.

When you pay us, the payment provider processes the transaction and holds the payment details. We see that a payment succeeded and for how much, not your card.

For advertising or analytics work we do on your behalf, we may hold access to accounts you own. Those accounts stay yours.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so we recognise you if you come back. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently eight years.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email contact@praizense.com and ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We reply within thirty days.

You can refuse the cookie by clearing it in your browser. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, database access is restricted, and the enquiry table cannot be read by anyone visiting the site. We keep the number of people with access to two.

No system is perfect. If information we hold is ever exposed, we will tell the people affected rather than hope nobody notices.

Children

This site sells business services and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect or who sees it will be described here rather than made quietly.
