This policy explains how PRAIZENSE collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

PRAIZENSE, operating as Praizense, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our office is at Office 504 D, Fourth Floor, Vardan Tower, Lakhudi Circle, Near Sardar Patel Stadium, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India.

We use your project brief to reply to you and do the work. Advertising measurement is optional: when enabled, you choose whether to allow Meta on our public website. Signing in to Client Studio does not enable advertising tracking.
When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message. The project brief can also include your phone number, website, budget, and timeline.
Our hosting provider supplies a country derived from your connection so we can display regional prices. You may explicitly choose international US dollar pricing or return to automatic local pricing. We save the pricing market with an enquiry or payment record, without adding precise location or a separate IP-address record for this purpose.
Alongside that, we record how you reached us — the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link. This tells us which of our own efforts actually work.
If you email or message us, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up where we left off.
We do not ask for and do not want card numbers, bank details, passwords, or identity documents. Payments are handled by a payment provider, and card details go to them, never to us.
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a scope and a price, to deliver work you have engaged us for, to raise invoices, and to keep the records Indian law requires us to keep.
Client Studio uses essential sign-in cookies. We also remember your privacy choice for up to six months. The optional service questionnaire remembers your last recommendation in this browser. An explicit international pricing choice uses a functional cookie for up to 180 days; Automatic clears it. We use session storage to avoid repeating project-help prompts and to remember if you hide quick contact. These preferences do not enable advertising tracking.
When Meta advertising measurement is enabled, we ask before loading its Pixel or storing advertising identifiers. Declining does not affect the website, enquiries, payments or Client Studio. The Privacy choices control lets you change your decision.
If you allow advertising, we retain the first campaign and last campaign that brought you here in your browser for up to 30 days. Meta may set its own browser and click identifiers. With a submitted enquiry, we retain the permitted attribution alongside the enquiry so we can assess which campaigns lead to suitable projects.
Enquiries are stored in a hosted database with access limited to the two of us. The site is served by a hosting provider, and email is handled by an email provider.
When you pay us, the payment provider processes the transaction and holds the payment details. We see that a payment succeeded and for how much, not your card.
For advertising or analytics work we do on your behalf, we may hold access to accounts you own. Those accounts stay yours.
With advertising permission, Meta receives public page and service interest, pricing views, public Client Studio interactions, form starts and contact clicks. Confirmed enquiries, captured public payments and staff-reviewed qualified or won outcomes may also be sent. This helps us measure our advertising and form relevant audiences on Meta.
For confirmed outcomes we may send a normalised, hashed email or international phone number in Meta’s matching fields, together with consented browser or click identifiers and a hashed browser permission identifier. With advertising permission, we may also save the submitting browser’s IP address and user-agent information with the enquiry and send them to Meta for conversion matching. We do not use these fields to create client browsing logs. Hashing is not anonymity; Meta can use matching information with information it already holds. We never send free-form briefs, budget answers, passwords, private demos, project messages or private portal browsing to Meta. Meta processes received data under its own privacy policy, which may involve processing outside India.
We do not sell or rent your information. Our optional advertising sharing is described above; we do not send unsolicited messages on your behalf.
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so we recognise you if you come back. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently eight years.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Email contact@praizense.com and ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We reply within thirty days.
Use Privacy choices to withdraw advertising permission. This stops new browser events, removes advertising storage on this browser and cancels pending server conversions linked to its consent. Events already delivered to Meta cannot be recalled by clearing cookies. Contact us if you want us to review or delete consented attribution held with an enquiry, including an enquiry submitted from a different browser.
You can clear cookies in your browser. Clearing sign-in cookies signs you out of Client Studio. Clearing privacy cookies also removes the browser’s link to earlier permission, so use Privacy choices before clearing cookies if you want to withdraw it for a saved enquiry.
The site is served over HTTPS, database access is restricted, and the enquiry table cannot be read by anyone visiting the site. We keep the number of people with access to two.
No system is perfect. If information we hold is ever exposed, we will tell the people affected rather than hope nobody notices.
This site sells business services and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect or who sees it will be described here rather than made quietly.
