Refunds & Cancellations

Different services carry different terms, so they are set out separately below rather than hidden in one paragraph that covers everything and explains nothing.

Paid demos

Paid upfront. If we fail to deliver the demo we agreed, you get a full refund.
Once delivered, the fee is not refundable — but it is credited in full against your project if you book within thirty days.

Fixed-scope projects

Cancel before we start and you are refunded in full, less any third-party cost already committed on your behalf.
Once work has started, the opening payment is not refundable. It covers time already spent.
Cancel mid-project and you pay for work completed to that point. Anything already paid beyond that is returned.

Monthly services

Billed in advance. Cancel any time with fourteen days' notice before your next billing date.
Part-months are not refunded — the month you have paid for runs to its end and we keep working through it.
Where a minimum engagement was agreed (six months for SEO, three for advertising and combined growth work), ending early does not cancel the remainder of that minimum.

WhatsApp bots

The setup fee is refundable until we begin the build. After that it is not, because the work is done.
The monthly fee carries a six-month minimum term. After six months it is month to month, with fourteen days' notice.
If you cancel, you keep your number and your data. We hand over what we hold rather than holding it hostage.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, domains, hosting, licences, paid fonts, and stock assets are paid to other companies and are not refundable by us.
Where a refund is possible from that provider, we will help you ask for it.

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@praizense.com with your invoice number and what went wrong. You do not need a particular form of words.

We acknowledge every request within three working days and tell you our decision, with reasons, within seven working days.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within seven to ten working days of approval. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank.

If the work is not right

A refund is not usually what you want, and it is rarely the fastest fix. Every engagement includes the revision rounds stated in its scope. Tell us what is wrong and we will use them.

If we genuinely cannot deliver what we agreed, we will say so and refund the part we have not earned. We would rather do that than argue about it.
