Anvil Dispatch · AI receptionist

Anviltech

Making an advanced AI phone service feel as dependable as a great front desk.

01 / The brief

Explain a sophisticated phone agent without making the owner learn the technology.

The offer combines voice AI, business-specific training, appointment booking, integrations, compliance, and ongoing tuning. Our task was to keep all that depth available while leading with the everyday problem owners already understand: the call they cannot pick up is often the customer they lose.

02 / The thinking

Let visitors hear the value before asking them to understand the system.

We shaped the journey around proof and progressive detail. A direct opening names the missed-call problem; sample calls make the receptionist tangible; a three-step service model explains the white-glove setup; and practical sections for use cases, inclusions, pricing, compliance, and questions remove uncertainty in the order it appears.

03 / What this enables

A productised service that feels clear, human, and ready to buy.

The finished platform gives a local-business owner a fast route from recognition to confidence. It shows what the receptionist sounds like, how it learns the business, what happens after launch, and what each plan includes—then closes on one focused action: book a setup call.

What we shaped

A connected system, not a collection of screens.

01

A sharper commercial story

An offer narrative built around the cost of a missed call, with technical capability translated into outcomes a busy owner can evaluate quickly.

02

Proof people can experience

Sample-call scenarios for dental, home services, and beauty businesses make the voice, booking flow, and tone concrete before the sales conversation.

03

A complete decision path

Process, use cases, inclusions, pricing, Canadian compliance, and owner questions are organised into one continuous route to a setup call.

The client experience

How we worked together.

The client experience was organised around one practical test: could a time-poor business owner understand the offer, hear how it behaves, and know exactly what happens next without navigating technical language?

  1. 01

    Start with the lost-call moment

We anchored the work in the familiar pressure of being on a job, with a client, or off the clock when the phone rings. That kept every decision tied to a real operating problem.

  2. 02

    Turn capability into conversation

We translated voice models, scripts, booking logic, and integrations into believable call scenarios so the service could demonstrate its value in the language customers actually use.

  3. 03

    Make the managed model visible

Together, we clarified the difference between buying software and receiving a white-glove service: deep onboarding, custom building, launch support, and continuing review all needed a place in the story.

  4. 04

    Resolve objections in sequence

Pricing, privacy, phone-number continuity, escalation behaviour, and launch timing were placed where each question naturally appears, keeping the setup call focused on fit rather than basic explanation.
